​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Simply browse the site and fill your basket with the items you wish to purchase, view basket (little shopping cart symbol top left screen, and proceed to checkout.

From here select the “CHECKOUT WITH PAYPAL”  button at the top or bottom of the page. Please note you do not need a Pay Pal account in order to purchase items, simply select "Pay using Credit or Debit card".

Now you can add your payment information and delivery details at Step 3 of checkout.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Dom’s Natural Carvings currently ships to addresses in the United Kingdom via Royal Mail UK Signed For 1st class delivery. Measures are being taken to accommodate for international shipping. However, if you live outside of the UK and are interested in Dom’s Trinkets, we will do our best to accommodate, feel free to use the contact page to inquire.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with the goods you receive, you are eligible for a refund on the item/items provided that you have informed Dom's Trinkets within 14 days of receiving your goods.

 

Once you have informed Dom's Trinkets that you desire a refund, you will have another 14 days to return the goods.

A refund will be issued within 14 days once the goods are back in Dom's Trinkets possession.

Dom's Trinkets is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Dom's Trinkets intends to handle your personal information.

 

What data do we collect?

We collect your personal information (Name, address, email address, etc.). This information is required to process an order from our store and deliver it to you, the customer, through third party delivery services

We collect your data when you place an order for a product or service; voluntarily leave feedback on the shop's site or via email; Use or view our shop via your browsers cookies; Sign up to our subscription or e-mailing based services. 

We may also receive your data indirectly through social media and/or third party websites (Facebook, Instagram, Wordpress, etc). 

 

How will we use your data?

We will use your data so that we can process your orders and fulfil deliveries; address any enquiries surrounding our products and services with you, the customer; and, collect statistical information on the interest of our products.   

When Dom's Trinkets processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

 

How do we store your data?

We understand how important it is to keep your personal data secure. However, we may be required to retain your personal data for the purposes of dealing with enquiries, complaints and refunds; which will be deleted once purchases, enquiries, complaints and refunds have been resolved. 

In certain situations, your data may be stored for a minimum of 1 to 5 years in a secure file/encrypted folder. After the minimum storage time, your data will be deleted permanently from the secure file/encrypted folder.

The products advertised on Dom’s Natural Carvings are bespoke items. Each of these products have started their journey from either discarded tree branches or recycled wood that no longer has a purpose. 

 

Each product will always be different from the next, regardless of how similar they may be in appearance, design or material. This means each item will always be unique to their owner, such is the beauty of nature.
